Overview
WFI systems demand vessels that resist microbial growth, drain completely and clean reliably. Vixtec WFI vessels are fabricated in SS316L with crevice free internal welds, sloped bottoms for full drainability and internal surfaces polished to Ra 0.4 µm or better. Hygienic tri clamp connections, spray balls and vent filters are laid out for CIP and SIP compatibility.
Each vessel is delivered with material traceability, weld and inspection reports and a Factory Acceptance Test protocol, so the unit is ready to move straight into installation and qualification.

Frequently Asked Questions
What surface finish do WFI vessels need?
Pharmaceutical WFI storage typically calls for an internal roughness of Ra 0.4 µm or better. Vixtec supplies mirror polished or electro polished internals to this level, with polish reports included in the documentation.
Which material is used for WFI storage tanks?
SS316L is the standard material for WFI service because of its corrosion resistance and low carbon content, which limits carbide precipitation at welds. Other grades can be used where your process and validation approach allow.
Do WFI vessels come with validation documentation?
Yes. Every vessel ships with material traceability, weld and stage wise inspection reports and a full FAT protocol, giving your quality team audit ready records for IQ and OQ.
Which standards do Vixtec vessels comply with?
Vessels are designed and fabricated to ASME standards and other globally recognised codes. Material lab testing is carried out in NABL approved labs, and every order ships with audit ready documentation for regulated industries.
Where is Vixtec Industries located and which regions do you serve?
Our factory is at 577/2, Bavla Dholka Road, Bavla, Dist. Ahmedabad 382220, Gujarat, India. We supply customers across India and can ship internationally on request.
