Which industries does Vixtec Industries manufacture vessels for?
Vixtec builds vessels for dairy, pharmaceutical, food, biopharma, oil and gas, chemical, fertilizer and personal care production. Each vessel is engineered around the hygiene, pressure and documentation requirements of that industry.
What materials are Vixtec vessels made from?
Standard grades are SS304, SS316 and SS316L stainless steel. We also fabricate in carbon steel (SA 240 GR. 60 and GR. 70), mild steel (IS 2062) and custom alloys on request.
What capacity range do you manufacture?
Vessels are built from 50 litres for pilot and lab work up to 100,000 litres and beyond for production, each sized to the customer’s batch and footprint.
Are Vixtec vessels built to ASME standards?
Yes. Vessels are designed and fabricated to ASME and other globally recognised standards, with precision TIG welding, stage wise inspection, and hydrostatic, pneumatic and radiographic testing as specified.
What surface finishes are available?
Internal surfaces can be mirror, 2B or electro polished to Ra 0.4 µm or better for hygienic and pharmaceutical duty. External finishes are matt, polished or brushed.
What documentation is supplied with each vessel?
Every order ships with material traceability, stage wise inspection and welding reports, and a full Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) protocol, giving regulated industries audit ready records.
