Vixtec takes your drawings or your process description and engineers a vessel to match, in stainless steel, carbon steel, mild steel or custom alloys.
You get the same fabrication standards as every Vixtec vessel: TIG welding with full penetration, stage wise inspection, hydrostatic and radiographic testing where specified, and complete documentation.

Can Vixtec build a vessel from my existing drawings?
Yes. Send your drawings or specification and our engineering team will review them, raise any fabrication or code questions and quote accordingly. If you only have a process description, we can develop the drawings with you.
Do you replace or replicate legacy vessels?
Yes. We regularly build replacements matched to existing footprints, nozzle positions and connections so the new vessel drops into place with minimal changes to surrounding piping.
What is the largest vessel Vixtec can manufacture?
Storage and process vessels are built from 50 litres to 100,000 litres and beyond. Very large units may be site assembled; discuss your requirement with our team.
Which standards do Vixtec vessels comply with?
Vessels are designed and fabricated to ASME standards and other globally recognised codes. Material lab testing is carried out in NABL approved labs, and every order ships with audit ready documentation for regulated industries.
