Overview
A pressure vessel has to do one thing without fail: hold pressure safely for years of continuous service. We start from your process data, including design pressure, temperature, medium and cycling, and engineer shell thickness, head geometry, nozzle layout and supports to suit. Fabrication follows ASME practice with qualified welders and stage wise inspection at every step.
Vessels can be supplied as plain shells or fully configured with jackets, insulation, agitation, instrumentation ports and platform access. Material grade, internal finish and fittings are all specified to your process rather than a standard catalogue.

Frequently Asked Questions
What materials are Vixtec pressure vessels made from?
Standard grades are SS304, SS316 and SS316L stainless steel. We also fabricate in carbon steel (SA 240 GR. 60 and GR. 70), mild steel (IS 2062) and custom alloys on request, depending on the medium and corrosion requirements.
What testing is performed on a pressure vessel before dispatch?
Every vessel undergoes hydrostatic testing, with pneumatic and radiographic testing as the design and your specification require. Materials are tested in NABL approved labs, and inspection is carried out at each stage of fabrication, not only at the end.
Can a pressure vessel be jacketed for heating or cooling?
Yes. Dimple jackets, half pipe coils and external heat exchanger connections can be integrated into the vessel design for temperature sensitive processes.
Which standards do Vixtec vessels comply with?
Vessels are designed and fabricated to ASME standards and other globally recognised codes. Material lab testing is carried out in NABL approved labs, and every order ships with audit ready documentation for regulated industries.
Where is Vixtec Industries located and which regions do you serve?
Our factory is at 577/2, Bavla Dholka Road, Bavla, Dist. Ahmedabad 382220, Gujarat, India. We supply customers across India and can ship internationally on request.
